EMC VNX and VNXe Arrays are eligible for extended support under an EMC Maintenance Plan. However, as these technologies age, the cost of support may not be economical. You may elect to re purpose your aging product or trade it in for a New EMC VNX product with a fresh built-in three years of maintenance. In many cases, the cost of a New VNX or VNXe with three years of maintenance is less than the cost of extending maintenance on older equipment.
